I was charged $75 for my dog instead of the advertised $50. When I brought this up at check-in, the staff seemed indifferent to the discrepancy. The room itself had multiple things that did not work properly, and the lack of responsiveness from the staff made my stay frustrating.

This hotel suits me perfectly, with great wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. They helped me print tickets on my first stay, making it stress-free. Definitely recommend for a cozy stay, and I'm coming back for Easter!
